Mr. Jones is a co-founder of CastleOak Securities and has over 14 years of Wall Street experience. Prior to founding CastleOak, Mr. Jones was Head of Investment Banking and Capital Markets at Blaylock & Company and worked closely with many of the firm's Fortune 500 clients. Mr. Jones joined Blaylock from Merrill Lynch where he worked in their investment banking and equity capital markets areas. Mr. Jones has extensive experience in equities from origination to pricing and has participated in debt and equity capital markets transactions that have raised over $80 billion in proceeds for issuers in the last three years. Mr. Jones has significant experience in evaluating equity and debt market trends within industry sectors, valuing and positioning public companies, and marketing and syndicating public securities offerings to institutional clients.
Mr. Jones holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University. He holds Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.

Mr. Christian is a co-founder of CastleOak Securities and has over 18 years of Wall Street experience representing various clients in primary and secondary capital markets transactions. Mr. Christian has a strong securitization and derivatives background, and has represented clients such as Fannie Mae, Ginnie Mae and the Resolution Trust Corporation.
Prior to joining CastleOak, Mr. Christian spent eight years as the General Counsel of Blaylock & Company. Prior to B&C, Mr. Christian was a senior attorney at Brown & Wood (a predecessor of Sidley Austin Brown & Wood).
Mr. Christian earned his BA degree from Columbia University, and his Juris Doctor degree from UCLA School of Law. He holds Series 7 and 24 licenses.

Philip J. Ippolito

Mr. Ippolito is a co-founder of CastleOak Securities and was previously Blaylock & Company’s Head of Operations and its Financial and Operations Principal. He joined Blaylock in 1994 and helped establish the firm’s operations department, and was responsible for overseeing the firm’s financial condition, clearing and settlement of trades and maintenance of capital.
Mr. Ippolito has over 25 years Wall Street experience and has held management positions at Brounoff, Claire & Company, First Pennsylvania Bank and Pershing/DLJ.
Mr. Ippolito holds NASD Series 7, 27, and 63 licenses.
