Mr. Rice has over 30 years of experience in the fixed income business. He was most recently head of Short Duration Sales at Deutsche Bank, where he spent the bulk of his career. He has deep experience in funding and liability management, short duration sales, investor relationship management and fixed income operations. He has a proven track record in optimizing relationships and has worked over a wide range of market cycles. Mr. Rice obtained his Bachelor's degree from Fordham University, where he majored in finance. He holds FINRA Series 3, 7, 9, 10, 63 licenses.
