Our Culture

At CastleOak, we take a collaborative approach to work, and we enjoy a variety of events together outside of work as well. As a boutique firm, we are not bound by typical Wall Street stereotypes: We celebrate individuals as we recognize milestones like birthdays and work anniversaries, as well as causes that matter to employees when we match their contributions to their chosen charitable organizations.
