Our Culture

At CastleOak, we take a collaborative approach to work, and we enjoy a variety of events together outside of work as well. As a boutique firm, we are not bound by typical Wall Street stereotypes: We celebrate individuals as we recognize milestones like birthdays and work anniversaries, as well as causes that matter to employees when we match their contributions to their chosen charitable organizations.  Giving back is central to our identity, which we also do as a firm through initiatives like our annual Syndicate bowling event and our month of service group volunteering experiences.  Through our group activities and our recognition of the individual, we seek to build a cohesive team that knows one another, works effectively together, and makes a difference in the lives of others.
